He was strangely silent about Goodyear when the shipped hundreds of jobs to Mexico and closed down one of their oldest plants in my hometown. I live in a red state so the cognitive dissonance from his supporters who were losing their jobs was really sad. I saw multiple posts on social media of people saying Trump was going to stop it from happening but he was waiting until the last minute. That moment never came and the plant shut down right in the midst of the pandemic.
