You can use the app Buycott if you're serious about avoiding nestle products. It lets you scan the barcode of a product and shows you the parent company and what terrible things they've done.
Fair warning though, nestle is responsible for a hell of a lot more products on your store shelves than you are probably aware of, and if you're going to boycott every company that's done a bad thing you're going to have a hard time at the grocery store.
