How about we just segregate everything and everyone, build walls, shut each other out, unlearn every language with is not our "own" and never ever meet each other again?
The article says in several ways that non-white people don't use the word vegan.
" we (racialized people around the world) just didn't know to call it ‘vegan.’ At the end of the day, vegan food is just food.” And the central argument is that mainstream portrayals of veganism is largely white. I'm not surprised.
The point of the vegan term was because it's an abnormal in western culture to not eat animal products, if its a normal part of your culture why do you need or want the term? Just keep doing you and leave me and my beans alone.
