Ya, wtf is with this, I saw the shooting the cop had no justification, the gun was down and away from the officers and he was putting it down.

The video is disturbing. The cop who shot him in the back, should never have the ability to be a cop again. He/She showed complete lack of any sort of control, fired three times blindly. No donuts for life
