This is so sweet! I sometimes wish I could find my best friend from 4th grade. I only remember her first name, Priscilla, and that she was from Canada. I lived in Kissimmee and had to moved to Puerto Rico due to my parents splitting. This was back in 1995, so no cellphones and before I understood the significance of writing letters. She gave me a parting gift which left me devastated that I didn’t get her anything. I still remember her sad eyes as we said our goodbyes and how I fought really hard to hold back tears. Man, I cried for days.
