Munich’s municipal law library is one of the most beautiful European libraries. The rather small library is located within the city’s new town hall, which was built between 1867 and 1908 and is supposed to resemble a bright warm forest.

I would read every single book in there just so I could be there for a prolonged period of time. I dont even know German but I will pretend to if means getting to admire such a beautiful library in person.

Stayed in Munich for two nights last year, more than slightly annoyed that I didn't see this library, I love libraries :(
