I see this all the time in Florida. It sickens me and pisses me the fuck off. Dog is just tied to the back of a truck. All I keep thinking is, what if they take a sharp turn? That dog will be hung to death, or what if it slips? Hung. This should be considered animal abuse and they should be pulled over and charged with such. Pieces of shit.
