My brother saved my life by being my donor when I needed a bone marrow transplant after leukaemia. He’s my best friend.

Well this hit kind of hard.
I (30M) am probably going to need a donor kidney some time in the next couple of years.
After I found out my kidneys were failing, I told my siblings and parents. They all told me that if we are compatible, they are willing to donate.
