I do that, too. I’m an EHS Manager and honestly, printing out and laminating certain memes gets people to laugh and remember to do things that they’re supposed to do! Due to COVID, we need to keep non-employees like truckers and contractors out of the office and the door going from the mailroom needs to be closed. A well-placed meme from a certain song about closing a goddamn door actually got people to stop leaving it open. A couple “wear your mask” memes are up, too.

You should use a meme generator to make one relevant to her, then leave it on her desk. She’d probably be so excited!
