These light charges needs to stop. Why not give them the real charge instead of letting these inhumane people get off easy. The justice system has been flawed since the creation of it from what it seems.

This story stinks. Two possibilities here:
He shot through the door on purpose, just like he said he would do. The only accident is that he shot a coworker, not someone else. Should be murder.
Second, he's so incompetent at handling a firearm that it should be criminal.
