Kind of like in WI back in April. The house voted to do in person voting for the elections, because it was perfectly safe to do in person voting. This vote was done over teleconference because...reasons.
That's because the school board members aren't the ones who are going to be frontline on this. They know they can get more teachers to fill the roster.
The teacher's union should be fighting to keep their constituents safe.
