We will haven't seen any proof of any human being able to walk on water. We have several wild claims from the olden days that hasn't been able to be replicated in modern days. So we should not consider them as truths unless proven otherwise.
Also, isn't that kinda like circle logic? "If you don't believe in the Bible, then how do you explain the things that happened in the Bible?"
