Gee, who started this war on drugs in the US? Did they maybe have ulterior motives? How is it going so far? And why is it that heroin was a terrible moral problem, but opiod addiction is like a disease?
Hmm I hadn't really considered the second point before, I guess it's hard for dealers to keep going when you take away their biggest customers which means there are fewer dealers and it's less likely new people will start

Highly agree to this Logic, most problems that makes drug users remain as drug users is the way the System treats them.
Basically the system is shutting down fire with more FIRE causing everyone to burn
