There are a few different kinds of drunk people. You can be an angry drunk, a weepy drunk, a party drunk... but my absolute favourite kind is the "declarations of love" drunk.
Every few months I'll get a random series of "love you, buddy" texts from one of my best friends at like, 2 or 3 am, and it's just the best thing to wake up to.
Edit: as this is now my highest upvoted comment in 10+ years of redditing, I went back to look for a recent Declaration of Love from my friend. It looks like it was one in a series for her that evening.
