I live in Milton Keynes, these are spreading all over the town. They also seem to have a cluster system where they will form a line while not in use. It can be eerie to say the least, especially if one is following you down a path.
I see a lot of people stopping to watch them or take pictures, havent seen anyone messing with one yet.
I work in a college town, and these are all over campus. We had a good laugh about a month ago, when the food robot was cruising down the street downtown, and they were doing Maitenance on the pipes and had one of the grates open on the sidewalk..... fell directly down the grate. For over an hour, the service men outside were trying to get this thing out of there because it was screaming different sirens 🤣 finally, they got it out and put it back on the ground... and it just kept moving like nothing ever happened. Can you imagine opening that up when you received your food? Lol
