I also remember the door that wouldn't allow you inside unless you murdered someone in front of it. As someone else mentioned the pimp hat door that as far as I remember you needed to pay a visit to the brothel before being able to open it.
And don't forget Hits. Be a smartass and spell Shit and it spawns enemies as a punishment lol. Fable was such a clever game. Shame the series went so steeply downward.
