Thank you for the kind words everyone! I arrived at 10 years old, it’s been a 15 year process. I was lucky enough to work and go to college through the DACA program. I hope I can make up for the sacrifices made for me to be where I am today. For anyone currently going through it, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel! It just takes a little patience.
My first meal as a US Citizen was Whataburger and Peach Tea Bishop cider btw. I love Texas always have always will, I hope one day it loves me back just as much!

Real question, what was your path to citizenship from the DACA program?
