As someone who also suffers from severe depression and anxiety, you seem very supportive and wonderful to her. But I hope that you get the support that you need as well.
A while ago someone suggested the app Pixels (iOS, Android) on Reddit. It's pretty much the same principle, but it keeps you a log of your mood through the year.
I started to use it this year, and it's great to have a general overview of how you feel through the year.
