There was nothing visually wrong with it. There was nothing wrong at all. If anything it looked very submissive and not aggressive. As a former & still recovering conservative, the criticism of Kaepernick’s peaceful protest just flat out disgusts me. I normally don’t buy the rationale of “they don’t like what he’s doing just because he’s black”, but this is exactly what happened here. It’s only after the looting happened, they’re like, “oh yeah, peaceful and respectful protest is way more preferable”. Fuck Racist dumbasses
