TL;DR for the Tylenol Murders: An unnamed person/persons used potassium cyanide laced Tylenol to kill people in the Chicago Metropolitan area in 1982. This person or people would buy Tylenol, lace it with Cyanide, and replace the bottle.
No one was ever caught for this and in all, 7 people died. Along with this, many other people have tried to recreate these crimes, more than likely leading to more deaths in the future. One person tried to confess to being behind it all, but no evidence was ever linked to him and it was likely it was just a hoax as he claimed he wanted a million dollars in cash to stop the Tylenol murders. He now claims he is fully innocent.
