Serious question, what are the bio-hazard bucket and bags for?

To answer the many questions being asked:

- The corgi, whose name is Waffle, is not part of the care package. She flew over with us, and we adopted her 3 years ago :)

- The care package is different depending on where you live in Korea, it's up to each city's government what goes in there. It's free and it arrives the same day you start quarantine.

- Since we have a residence we did not have to do the government facility quarantine, if you arrive and you do not have a long term visa or are not a Korean citizen you must quarantine in a government facility. This facility is 140,000 won per day ~$120USD. They provide 3 meals a day there. If you are a Korean citizen or if you are a long term resident you can stay at home.

- This is my second time in Korea - first time was for work, met my wife, then moved back to the states. After living in the states we realized how much we missed Korea so now we're back! This time also for work.

- The package includes: 20kg rice, 60 masks, spam, noodles, kimchi, curry, ramen, hamburger, water, various soups and stews, hand sanitizer, alcohol spray, cereal, orange juice, various side dishes, wet wipes, seaweed, thermometers, trash containers, etc. etc.
