I dont get it. I used to work at a high end supermarket and when our coolers went down we pulled down the insulated curtains and sealed the fridge doors closed to keep the temps from rising. It was fine for nearly 40mins and the temperatures were still in a legal range. I can't believe that all this waste is because of a few minutes.

For a few minutes? Shit, I would’ve swung by with a cooler and ice. There’s no way all this went bad after a couple minutes.
