I consider him a brilliant leader and manager. He's an inspiration. Particularly whenever he really listens to Michael and clearly considers what he has said, what he means by it and why he said it, and how he feels. Then he gives very considered responses that aren't dismissive, even when Michael is being an idiot. He handles people so well, and is a good decision maker, day-to-day and in terms of strategy.
