For those interested the Woman was in a 14 year coma and the guy that did it was caught.
The woman’s lawsuit claims that Hacienda documented at least 83 missed opportunities to diagnose her pregnancy including: missed menstrual periods, staff noted her abdomen was ‘sticking-out’ 24 times, as well as ten examinations she received by a physician during her third trimester of pregnancy.
Doctors also noted weight gain at least eight times between September and December 2018.
The woman’s lawsuit targets the state, which financed Hacienda Healthcare and is alleged to have ‘aided and abetted’ in the crimes against the victim.
Edit : Turns out she had a baby boy that was less than healthy and had to have chest compression whilst under a few days old.
I went down a bit of a rabbit hole, it seems she is not in a coma but a vegative state. She is semi responsive and likes soft music. They found evidence of repeated trauma from what likely would have been very painful and violent sexual assaults. The man had been this patients carer more than 1000 times. This poor woman.
