Always remember the difference between having fun and avoiding your responsibilities/trying to escape reality (in an unhealthy way ofc). Gaming is insanely fun. But always remember that there are things beyond.
My husband is going through a rough time with his health lately. Yesterday, we spent nearly the whole day playing Red Dead Redemption 2 together. He was so happy. It was a good day.
I don't care what anyone says about video games. We enjoy playing games together and good days like that are in short supply lately. We'll play as much as we want to.
