What were the parameters they established?

I'm not understanding the moves of law enforcement around these guys. If Philando Castile can't live long enough to produce his weapon ownership certificates how are cops ceding territory to armed protestors? The system is being way too patient. Something doesn't smell right here and it ain't the tear gas. Them people are planning something. It's too quiet. People need to stay vigilant.

I live in a Seattle suburb. That shit is not true. The police just up and left their precinct against their chief’s orders and left plenty of kindling behind thinking the protesters would turn violent and attempt to burn that shit down so they would have an excuse to use force against them. Instead they boarded up the station and protected it. They out there painting murals and made memorials to George Floyd and Brionna Taylor. They have movie night every night and let random people get on the microphone and voice their opinions/thoughts. They have free food, water, and sanitizer for anyone that needs it and they have people out there registering people to vote. Every business is still open. You can literally come and go as you please. They do keep an eye out for those proud boys trying to sabotage them and hate speech will get you ass boo’d off the mic. The media just wants people to think it’s a some lawless zone. I have plenty of photos of it from my friend that lives in the neighborhood and other friends that have visited it if anyone wants.

Edit: inside chaz Video my friend streamed Thursday night inside there
