She was just one of several women at that time who were killed but listed as anything but murder. I’ve been saying for 15 years there was a serial killer loose then and that he was a US Contractor.
My mom was seriously sexually assaulted in the US Army and reported multiple times over the course of several years. I believe she served for 9 or more before she was discharged due to injury. The last time she reported was in the early 2010s
They didn’t answer any of her reports until last YEAR. What did they tell her?? The people in charge of those cases had retired and the people who took their place found all of her reports and others like hers stashed away in cabinets, none had ever been dealt with
