The guy yelling "that shit is insured!" like that makes this sort of behavior ok? Somebody still has to pay for it - the insurance companies for the replacement. Companies and individuals that use insurance companies will have higher premiums because of this. Companies will go bankrupt due to the sheer volume of payouts they'll have to make so people will lose their jobs. The unemployed will claim government handouts which cost every single tax-paying citizen. This whole thing just increases the amount of poverty and increases the already high racial tensions in the US.
