This might be the reason that flag protocol calls for the flag to be taken down during storms.

As a non-American, I now know 2 things about Sheboygan.

It was home to the worlds largest free-flying American flag. It was home to Gus Polinski, the Polka King.

Edit: This blew up somewhat. Thanks to everyone letting me know Gus didn't live there, he was just big in Sheboygan.
