It makes me think of a guy on my team at my work. He goes on and on about how the stay at home order was an assault on his constitutional rights. All bluster. But we had a core group of people who were allowed to continue to work under the order. He wouldn’t come in until the order was lifted. Even when the entire workforce was allowed to start back a week early to fill essential orders he took vacation for that week.
I was fine with him being cautious. But I know he was damn glad to have that stay at home order in place.
That's why the lights were out and he was pretending he wasn't home. I'll play devil's advocate here maybe they turn all the lights out every night like we do. Does anyone know?
I mean, in Trumps defense that's probably what he thought that he was doing.
Secret service: Mr. President, we think that you should go somewhere safe.
Trump: Rediculous, I'm the safest person I know, perhaps the safest president ever. Many people remark on how safe I am, believe me.
Secret Service: Mr. President, we have a situation that only you can solve. We need you to inspect this hidden room that we have underground, could you please help us out, no one else is qualified.
Trump: Of course, let's go. I am the most qualified person to inspect hidden rooms, people are always surprised by how much I know about hidden room, believe me. My uncle worked at MIT, great genes, just great.
