My freind ended up backpacking for a few weeks with someone from Andorra, they get the Laos border and the guard just goes "No, that's not a real country. It does not exist. ... Where did you get this?" After lots of pleading for him to check he goes and checks on their system and of course it's fine. But all he says "I've never heard of it".

Tanzania allows visa-free access for Romanians, but it requires a eVisa / visa-on-arrival for all the other continental European countries.

I wonder what's the story behind this.

Fun fact: There are still 11 UN member states which haven't formally recognised Croatia or established diplomatic relations with Croatia. Bhutan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Eswatini (Swaziland), Liberia, Marshal Islands, Niger, Somalia, South Sudan, Tonga and Tuvalu.
