I legit deleted Instagram off my phone. Too many depressing shit on my feed. I’m planning to go the whole summer without being on Insta, really. Since I prefer to live a real life and be productive this summer. I really recommend anybody to try this out. It’s been going great for me so far, I’ve been working out, reading a lot, and learning how to drive since I received my permit early this year before all the coronavirus shit. So I can proudly say I’m in a good state of mind right now :)
Biiiiig truth. And I thought social media was toxic enough before. Now look at it. Feeling very glad I've started breaking my habit of aimless scrolling now instead of... well, endlessly scrolling and getting sad.
