It doesn't matter how peacefully black people protest. Kaepernick kneeling is the most peaceful way to protest I can think of. Racists will always find a way to silence black people from speaking out loud about their pain and struggles.

Edit: there’s a reason why MLK is so prominent in modern American media and people like Malcolm X are being written out of history. It’s easy to deflect Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream” snippet (y’all know the one) into showing white acceptance and play into the good negro archetype. X wasn’t having none of that shit, and his legacy suffers for it, and it’s a damn shame we let white people tell OUR history. If they don’t agree with you, they’ll kill you, then write you out of existence or manipulate your words to fit their agenda. We can’t allow that to happen to our leaders.
