Now what I'm about to say can be your holy grail or your kryptonite... Nair for Men (it's stronger than the female version). Before you shower pump a shitload onto your hands and apply it LOOSELY DO NOT RUB IT INTO YOUR BUTT. Make sure you cover it almost to the point of excess. Set a timer for 5-6 minutes DO NOT GO BY THEIR RECOMMENDATION OF TEN MINUTES; while you will have no hair you will also have no skin. When you set the timer (I do it on my phone) hop in the shower and do your best to avoid a direct stream on the application area. When the timer is up I like to use a wash cloth that I will get rid of afterwards and I press hard against the skin and wipe. You'll see it turns the hair to this goop. Make sure you rinse completely. First application always sucks and your skin will try and sue you but after the first time I had no further reactions.
