What's so disgusting is how incredibly slow it is. The victim is begging for mercy for about 3 minutes after the video start, then goes silent, and the cop continues to kneel on his neck for the next 7 minutes while everyone around him points out that his victim isn't resisting or even conscious. If that's not cold blooded murder I don't know what is.
