I saw the news report about her death. Didn't think it was genuine. Its like the police officer who "didn't notice she had walked into the wrong apartment" and shot the guy dead who was sat on his sofa
This is why when these situations happen, SERIOUS consequences need to happen for all who made the call to allow it. I’m not sure what those would be, but these cops have now forever ruined a mans life and ended a woman’s because of their ineptitude.
It’s not an accident, it’s not an error, it is pure and total ineptitude at their job. This isn’t some put the wrong decimal somewhere and caused a banking error. This isn’t accidentally switching gluten and gluten free products. This is a system with dozens of checks that were neglected to be upheld. At least a handful of people made decisions that killed this woman. They need life long consequences.
