Not fun answer- Pepsi will do banners and stuff for free often. You get the massive Pepsi ad, but you can also get a banner at no cost. Presuming whoever is running the test site is making use of that program.
In my neck of the woods You used to see a ton of churches with Pepsi scoreboards in their gyms - I was told because they were free.
