It’s more Emerald coloured in person depending on the light. I stayed there in 2003. What an amazing place. The small cottages are so cozy. It is a pretty amazing experience to wake up early there, go to the lake, take a canoe out. Pictures can’t do that place justice.
I used to love going to this place as a kid. Grew up in Calgary which is only a few hrs drive. You can rent canoes at that lodge and it’s amazing to canoe around the lake. The waters are super clear so you can see right through it. Such a beautiful and peaceful place when there aren’t tons of tourists around.
