If he gets charged with Attempted Murder then by default shouldn’t the cops be charged with Murder? Seems to me the cops think he made a mistake and if that’s what qualifies it then their mistake causing the situation and murder should also be charged

Why is it even a thing that when CONDUCTING A RAID the officers are in plain clothes?? And why didn't they announce themselves.
