Roma striker Edin Dzeko did not want to join Everton because of the weather. The transfer revelation was made by Premier League commentator Ian Darke over the weekend. Darke revealed how his co-commentator and former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves spoke to Dzeko after a Champions League game in Rome.

Dzeko was linked with a move to Everton last season, with the club still looking for a long-term replacement for Romelu Lukaku.
However, Dzeko was clearly not keen on a move to Goodison Park.

And then he revealed what Dzeko said when asked about the possibility of joining Everton.
