We call it bear-leek (Bärlauch) in Germany, how do you guys call it?

Hm I love them. They are better before the blooming, because the leaves are much more intense in flavor in that time, but have to be very cautious in that time not to confound them with lilly of the valleys as they look similar and consuming can be fatal... The flowers are tasting incredible too! (raw, fried or as antipasti)
