It's tempting to just follow the main quest lines, don't, you'll miss a tonne of side quests if you do.

GWENT! Frustrating at first, but it's a deck building game. There are guides that go into detail so I won't here. It's worth it just for the tourney in Novigrad.

AXI for coversation influence is handy, as is a passive where eating food grants health regeneration for an hour.

There is a colour blind option in the title menu settings. Changes Witcher senses to Blue.

Keep all crafting and alchemy mats, they weigh literally nothing, and you'll need them later for mastercrafted gear.

Get all DLCs! Expansions are really really good and you'll regret not playing them!
