Edit: for everyone pooping their pants over this “low low price,” I’m talking $1700 for a basic bachelor or junior, no dishwasher, no insuite laundry, no extras. And for everyone turning this into a price gouging war with their more unreasonable rent prices, RIP all our wallets. Good luck out there team.
In 1988 I was renting a two bedroom house on the Columbia River for $225 a month. I was making $25 hr. falling timber. Thirty years later that same house rents for $1,500 a month and timberfallers still only make $25 hr.
