I really hate to say this but you need to go to the doctor and get checked for cancer asap. We learned in nursing school that a sudden change in reaction to drinking alcohol can be a sign of some pretty serious issues, not just cancer. Please go to a doctor asap.
I got a reaction like that, with my chest and left arm hurting as if a truck hit me. I got diagnosed with lymphoma. Get screened to see if you have cancer.
