If they feel as if they can charge extra for something they don't usually provide, presumably they'll be issuing a refund for all of the resources (classrooms, libraries, general campus areas) that they currently are not providing.

How does this compare to last semester’s bill? Are there other fees that are left out? Like fees for on campus things, like gyms?
