Charlie is the man almost all the way on the right, looking to the left and not at the camera. He's wearing the cap, directly behind the kid with the white pants and out turned feet. Charlie didn't have his trademark mustache at the time, but he was only like 5'5", so they had him basically standing in the 2nd row just behind the children.
