I’m just speculating cause I’ve never been to an Asian Museum, but I feel like that’s kinda the exact same type of case there, they probably have entire rooms dedicated to Asian artists and then like one room for all European artwork.
Of course you’re gonna have more room for people from your region.
If anything Western museums probably have more diversity than non-western museums cause we just stole shit tons of artifacts.

I don't understand the problem. If I go to an art museum in China am I not going to find the same thing but the other way around?
