Today marks 10 years since the one of the world greatest environmental disasters. On this day April 20, 2010 , the oil rig Deep Water Horizon suffered a catastrophic blowout.
Lost a good friend of mine in this blow out. One of the M-I mud engineers, Blair Manuel. I was on a BP owned facility about 30 miles away the night it happened.

Has anyone ever been out on trial for this? Did BP ever pay a fine that's adequate?
