Sort of I live in Texas and it's like still heavily restricted. State Park open but you'll have to wear a mask. retail it's to go only and restaurants are still closed and all sporting events probably will remain closed for the rest of the year
It’s opening state parks, retail stores, and non-essential medical offices. There will be some restrictions in place. Retail stores will only be curbside, for example.
