And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Here in southwest Ohio most of the churches switched to online streaming. My wife is catholic and I’m Methodist and both of our churches have been closed for weeks. One day I got the quarantine boredom in me and looked up the crazy independent fundamentalist baptist church in our area and hoooo boy....yeah they ain’t shutting down. Their pastor literally does the service with a fucking gun on his hip. So at least around here it looks like the majority of churches are being responsible and it’s the churches that are the exact charicatures of bad Christians that are staying open.
